In this project-based role, you will have the opportunity to align our existing online  English, Mathematics and Science resources to the Fiji Y9-11 syllabi. We are offering NZ$900 per subject.

Education Perfect is currently seeking a talented Office Manager to join the Dunedin Team. The Office Manager will work closely with the Operations Team, and will ensure the smooth running of the Dunedin office and other shared office spaces across the globe, as well as focusing on culture building initiatives across the company. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the Dunedin Office including:
    Ordering weekly groceries, cleaning supplies and office supplies
  • Ensuring the cleaning schedule is followed and completed daily
  • Executing on office improvement initiatives and regularly reporting on progress to the wider Operations Team
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings and training sessions, along with the necessary calendar management

Key Responsibilities:
