Senior Customer Support Specialist

The Senior Customer Support Specialist role is critical in supporting the Inbound Manager with team management and ensuring the quality and efficiency of emails, live chat and phone service we provide are meeting our team goals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support the reception line and triage incoming emails across all mailboxes
  • Motivate and inspire Customer Support Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experience by regularly setting goals to motivate the team to meet KPIs
  • Maintain speed and quality of team emails to a high standard

QCAA Mathematical Methods Writer

We are looking for experienced, passionate school teachers to support the development of high-quality content to complete our online QCAA Mathematical Methods course.

In this project-based role, you will have the opportunity to plan and build engaging online lessons that will be hosted on the Education Perfect (EP) learning platform. We are offering AU$300-$400 per lesson, based on lesson complexity.

  • You have at least three years experience teaching QCAA Mathematical Methods or an equivalent course;

Regional Support Assistant

Education Perfect is seeking a Senior Editor to join our Science Alive Mātauranga Team, a collaboration between Education Perfect and the Science Alive Charitable Trust.

We design innovative cross-curricular STEAM-focused lessons intertwined with Mātauranga Māori, including Te Ao and Te Reo Māori available to all schools within Aotearoa New Zealand.

As a Senior Editor most of your day will be spent planning and designing content for the Science Alive Mātauranga kaupapa for the EP platform and print materials as well as supporting the team to do their best work.

You will lead planning and project management of Science Alive Mātauranga initiatives alongside the project lead related to the delivery of new content to the EP platform, while ensuring that the Science Alive Mātauranga team meets design, pedagogy and accessibility standards in conjunction with Te Kāhui Whakaniko (Design & Quality) and the project lead.

Ideally based in Ōtautahi Christchurch, this is a full-time fixed-term position until the end of 2022 which, dependent on funding, could be extended until the end of 2023.

As a Learning Advisor most of your day will be spent working alongside the team advising and guiding content development for the Science Alive Mātauranga kaupapa for the EP platform. You will support planning and project management of Science Alive Mātauranga initiatives alongside the project lead related to the delivery of new content to the EP platform.
