As part of the Product Advisory Panel, we may ask you to occasionally participate in:
- Interviews
- Short surveys or polls
- Focus groups
- Beta testing
We’ll strive to reach out to you in quiet periods. If we ever reach out at a time that doesn’t suit you, there is no expectation for you to participate.
How will my involvement make a difference?
We want all EP customers to feel encouraged to reach out with feedback regularly and directly. This Panel will allow customers to feel included and welcomed in the platform’s development process. Our mission is to remain a business that listens, respects and responds to all feedback.
