FAQ's

How do I opt in to use Education Perfect in 2026?

Please click HERE to register your interest. Once MoE have processed your details, we will get going on setting up your access.

Yes! While most schools are familiar with EP and have experience using our platform, EP has gone through a rapid period of innovation and we have some exciting new features recently released with more to come in 2026. All staff are encouraged to attend and learn what’s new at EP! Registration for this event will open shortly and by registering your school above you will receive information on this event.

  • Smart Lessons can be exported as PDFs and printed (including information slides and embedded questions).
  • Assessments and quizzes can be created from existing EP content, then exported as PDFs for printing.
  • Teachers can also create or upload their own questions to build printable assessments and quizzes.

In order to ensure a smooth and seamless transition, EP will roll over your 2025 classes while we await your updated class lists. This ensures students and teachers can continue to leverage the platform during school holidays. We will start accepting new classes from January 2026 and information will be sent out closer to the time to advise you of the most efficient and secure method of providing us with this information.

Yes. EP will work with your school to confirm the eligible amount, which can either be refunded or reallocated to other subjects or year levels. We will be in touch with you directly in January 2026 to discuss.

Throughout the year, EP will provide teachers with professional development opportunities that may be in person or virtual. Webinars are run to provide professional development on specific ways to use the platform, and our EPIC conference provides teachers with opportunities that focus on individual subjects or whole school approaches to using EP. These professional development opportunities can include sessions such as how to differentiate using EP, using EP assessments to generate meaningful data on student performance and boosting student engagement through the various tools available through the platform.

To support self-learning, EP also has an extensive online Help Guide and Video Library which contain information and best practice guides on how to achieve all tasks on EP as well as tips and tricks on different ways to use EP in the classroom.
